Registered Practical Nurses
As a integral
member of Distinct HealthCare Services Inc.,
the Registered
Practical Nurse practices in accordance with
relevant
legislation/standards, meeting the legal and
ethical requirements of the
profession.
The principal responsibilities
include:

Applying knowledge of nursing science,
theory, skills and critical decision
making in the provision of compassionate,
collaborative and competent care.

Ensuring practice is consistent with
professional standards and the ethical
framework as outlined by the College of
Nurses of Ontario.
Qualifications:
* Current registration with the CNO,
(in good standing).
* Basic Cardiac life Support (BCLS)
Certificate.
* Telemetry Experience.
* Demonstrated evidence of ongoing
education in cardiac nursing and involvement
in professional associations.
* Excellent organization and time management
skills.
* Must be flexible and possess the ability
to
work effectively within a variety of
patient care teams.
* Other required Certificates and Courses.
* Temporary Part-time, on call, days/nights,
weekends. |
